Job Description
Position Summary:
The Surgical Technician assists during surgical procedures, demonstrating expertise in aseptic techniques, equipment setup, and case management. They perform delegated duties within their scope of practice, aligning with the care delivery plan.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have:
- Current BLS Certification (AHA or ARC).
- Preferred CST Certification.
- Registration as a Surgical Tech by Colorado DORA.
- Graduation from an accredited Operating Room Technician program.
- Minimum one year of Surgical Technician experience.
- Advanced knowledge in scrub role for various specialties.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Shift Information:
- Shift Times: Mon-Thu, 7 PM - 5 AM.
- Rotating holidays, no on-call.
- Day shift available with flexibility.
Shift Differentials:
- Evening & Weekend Differential: $2.50
- Night Shift Differential: $5.50
