Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Regional Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the operations of multiple Surgery Center locations. You will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding invoices, insurance claims, scheduling, patient records and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and proficiency in financial software.
Duties
- Manage and supervise the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy in invoicing and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue accounts and implement collection strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve overall financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and corporate accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Utilize financial software such as UltiPro and ADP for reporting and analysis.
- Perform double entry bookkeeping to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in benefits administration as it relates to employee accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 Years Experience with Ambulatory Surgery Centers
- 3 Years Supervisory or Leadership Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
