Registered Nurse Orthopedics - (Night Shift with Rotating Weekends)
Job Description
Our Orthopedics unit has a friendly team-based environment, where the Registered Nurse (RN) role is critical in assisting a diverse group of Medical Surgical Ortho patients. Our tenured staff will provide you with a strong collaborative approach, given the wide diversity of skills of our nurses. Our team consistently scores high in patient satisfaction, and we offer an array of educational opportunities on our floor.
As an RN on our Ortho Service Line, you will perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act, with emphasis on nursing process and outcomes.
Position Qualifications
- BSN REQUIRED* Will not accept ADN
- · Current TX RN license or valid compact license
- · Minimum of one-year experience in acute care hospital within the last three years, required. Ortho experience preferred.
- · BLS required, issued by the American Heart Association
