Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team. As a PCU RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients. With multiple specialties available, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions in the PCU setting.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, participating in quality assurance initiatives and contributing to the development of best practices.
