Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro Telemetry (Nights)

Location: Everett, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts

Compensation: $82,199 – $154,308 annually

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team in Everett, WA. This role is an excellent opportunity to provide specialized care to patients with neurological conditions requiring continuous cardiac and neurological monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to neuro telemetry patients in a fast-paced acute care environment

  • Monitor patients for neurological and cardiac changes, responding quickly to emergent needs

  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely

  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and recovery processes

 

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  • Current Washington RN license (upon hire)

  • BLS certification (AHA) (upon hire)

  • ACLS certification (AHA) within 90 days of hire

  • NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 90 days of hire

  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

  

Preferred Qualifications 

  • National certification in Neuro or Telemetry nursing specialty (preferred)

 

Compensation & Benefits 

  • Base Salary: $82,199 – $154,308 annually
