Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Department (All Shifts Available)
Location: Albany, GA
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: 1:00 PM – 1:00 AM (other shifts also available)
Compensation: $37 – $46/hour
Shift Differentials: +$5.00 Nights | +$3.50 Weekends
Incentives: $7,000 sign-on bonus | $5,000–$10,000 relocation assistance | 1 month temporary housing
About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join the Emergency Center team in Albany, GA. This is a fast-paced role providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an emergency department setting. Nurses here play a critical role in assessing, stabilizing, and caring for patients across all age groups, while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
Education Requirements

Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school (required)

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
Experience Requirements
-
1–2 years of nursing experience (preferred)
Certifications & Licenses
-
Active RN license in Georgia
-
BLS (AHA) – required upon hire
-
ACLS (AHA) – required within 6 months of hire
-
Georgia Stroke Core Curriculum (GSCC) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – required within 6 months of hire

PALS (AHA) – required within 1 year of hire
-
Crisis Response Training (CRT) – required within 1 year of hire

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) – required within 1 year of hire
Skills & Competencies

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to provide compassionate, age-appropriate care to all patient populations

Effective customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage high-stress situations and fluctuating workloads

Proficiency in following written/verbal instructions and using basic computer systems
