Job Title: RN Unit Supervisor

Location: Bethlehem, PA

Shift: Full-Time, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Unit Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility in Bethlehem, PA. The RN Unit Supervisor will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses. Job Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience on a Med Surg or Rehab Long-Term Care/Subacute Rehabilitation (LTC/STR) or hospital unit.
3+ years of experience in a nurse supervisory role with proven leadership ability.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the nursing staff on the assigned unit.
Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care by adhering to established standards and protocols.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Oversee medication administration and ensure accurate documentation.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of staff performance.
Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new nursing staff.
Handle and resolve any patient or family concerns or issues.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Additional Information:

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $83,000, based on years of experience.
Sign-On Bonus: A generous sign-on bonus of $8,000 is available for the successful candidate.
