Position Summary:
Our Registered Nurse Critical Care Float Pool Team provides care to a variety of patients throughout our Hospital. Staffed with a team-oriented group of caring clinical professionals our Pool Nurses float to Surgical ICU, Neurovascular ICU, and Cardiovascular ICU floors. We are looking for a Registered Nurse that is interested in working with a diverse group of patients in a role that allows for developing additional Nursing skills.
Education:
BSN is required
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of Nursing experience with at least 1 year of ICU Acute Care Hospital experience
Licensure:
TX RN License or Compact License
Current Healthcare Provider BLS and ACLS issued by the American Heart Association or America Red Cross are required.
Additional Notes::
Float between multiple facilities (Each in its own building, divided from the highway)
Float throughout All ICUs between 2 buildings (only ICU based)
3 years of RN experience in an Acute Care setting required
2 years ICU experience preferred (will consider 1-1.5 years experience)
