Job Description
Job Summary
- Provides oversight and direction for short-term rehab unit.
- Patient avg LOS is 15 days.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the unit
- Lead by example.
- Ability to oversee care on the unit and develop team member accountability.
Job Qualifications
- Current RN license in PA
- 5 years of Nurse Supervisor experience on a Med Surg or Rehab LTC/STR or hospital unit
- 3+ years’ experience in a nurse supervisory role with proven leadership ability
Compensation: Salary range from $ 75K- $83K based on years of experience
Sign on bonus: $8K
