We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse to join our Behavioral Health Unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care in an Acute Care environment.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment and support services.
Utilize electronic health records systems such as Epic for documentation and patient management.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options.
Assist in crisis intervention and management of acute psychiatric symptoms.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

A valid RN nursing license.
1 year hospital or LTAC experience.
We will train you into unit (No prior Psyc experience required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

+Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance
