This is a Manager, Mother Baby opportunity at a 600-plus-bed regional medical center in Savannah, GA — home to the region's only Level I trauma center and children's hospital, as well as a dedicated children's hospital and programs for high-risk pregnancies and high-risk newborns serving 35 counties across southeast Georgia and southern South Carolina.

The role. The Manager, Mother Baby reports to the Director of Women's Services and directly oversees a team of 29.5 FTEs comprising RNs, CNAs, and Unit Secretaries across a 22-bed unit with an average daily census of approximately 15 patients. In collaboration with the broader leadership team, this manager leads the planning, organizing, staffing, and day-to-day direction of unit operations, and plays a central role in developing the policies and procedures that guide care delivery. A significant part of this role involves providing hands-on leadership to a tenured nursing staff, making strong, proven postpartum leadership skills essential. The manager will also contribute to quality improvement initiatives and help shape a cohesive, high-performing team environment.

What we're looking for.
  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice, or a current Compact/Multi-State RN license
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required if not currently held; must be obtained within 60 months of hire
  • 3 or more years of recent RN experience in women's services within an acute care setting required
  • 1 or more years of supervisory or leadership experience required

Schedule. Full-time, day shift, no weekends.

Compensation. $122,000 - $122,000 per year plus Relocation: Case by Case Basis Sign-On Bonus: Case by Case Basis
