Surgical Nurse
Full Time (36 Hours Per Week)

Shifts:
3 -12's (36h week)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for pre-op and post-op surgical patients
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and other clinical staff
- Monitor patients and communicate changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on care needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Promote patient dignity, autonomy and comfort
- Advocate for patient rights and optimal care outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Washington State
- 1+ years of recent surgical nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN degree
- National certification in surgical nursing
