Job Description
Physical Therapist – Multiple Openings (Outpatient / Acute Care)
Location: Seaside, Oregon
Schedule Options: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem
Compensation: $90,064 – $142,563 annually (full-time)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (for qualifying full-time hires)
Relocation Assistance: Available for ideal candidates

About the Role
We are seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our Rehabilitation Department in Seaside, OR. We offer opportunities in both outpatient and acute care settings, with flexibility in scheduling to fit your lifestyle.
As a Physical Therapist, you will manage and provide skilled therapy services to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities. This includes conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct therapy, and offering professional consultations to help patients achieve their highest level of independence and function.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Current Oregon Physical Therapist License (or eligibility upon hire)

BLS certification (AHA) within 30 days of hire

Some positions may require specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet department needs
