Sign On Bonus: $10,000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case by case basis
Shift: Typically 7:30am to 4:00pm (schedules may be staggered based on patient needs)
Join a Brand New Hospital Opening in Spring 2026
A new 90 bed acute care hospital opening in Spring 2026 is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its growing rehabilitation team. This state of the art facility will offer comprehensive emergency care, advanced surgical services, and a 30 bed inpatient rehabilitation unit.
This is a unique opportunity to join a new hospital team from the beginning and help shape patient care in a modern clinical environment.
Position Overview
As a Physical Therapist, you will help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence following injury, surgery, or illness. You will work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to create personalized rehabilitation plans focused on improving functional outcomes and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and functional limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
• Deliver evidence based therapy interventions to restore movement and reduce pain
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document therapy outcomes accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety techniques, and recovery plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support coordinated patient care
• Mentor therapy assistants or students when applicable
Qualifications
• Licensed Physical Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Basic Cardiac Life Support required within 30 days of hire
• 1 year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
Compensation
• Minimum: $35.77 per hour (new graduate)
• Midpoint: $44.71 per hour (approximately 10 years experience)
• Maximum: $49.18 per hour (16 or more years experience)
