Full Time • 40 Hours per Week
Flexible scheduling options available:
- Longer days Monday through Thursday with a shorter Friday
- Or four 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday
Position Overview
An outpatient rehabilitation clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a dynamic ortho and neuro focused team. This role provides one on one patient care in a supportive sports performance and general rehabilitation environment.
The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and implements individualized treatment programs to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with patients across orthopedic and neurologic populations while maintaining meaningful appointment times that support quality care.
Practice Setting
- Outpatient rehabilitation clinic
- One on one patient appointments
- Average of one patient every 45 minutes
- Diagnoses include orthopedic conditions, neurologic conditions, and general debility
- Collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence based therapeutic interventions
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long term wellness
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document care in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Support clinic operations and patient experience initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Orthopedic and or neurologic experience preferred
Compensation
Salary based on years of experience and professional practice ladder:
- Minimum: $38.02 per hour
- Midpoint: $47.53 per hour
- Maximum: $57.04 per hour
Incentives and Benefits
- Choice of Student Loan Repayment or Sign On Bonus:
- Student Loan Repayment up to $30,000 paid over 3 years
- Sign On Bonus $15,000 for less than 5 years of experience
- Sign On Bonus $25,000 for 5 or more years of experience
- Relocation assistance available based on individual needs
