Job Description
A hospital in Kennewick, WA is seeking a senior-level People Services Director to lead human resources operations. This is an in-person role requiring regular on-site presence, with up to 20% travel expected. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
The role. The People Services Director is responsible for overseeing the full scope of human resources functions within a healthcare setting. This includes strategic HR leadership, workforce planning, and managing labor relations activities, including engagement with collective bargaining processes. The director will serve as a senior partner to organizational leadership on all people-related matters.
What we're looking for.
- Master's degree in human resources or related field required
- Experience in healthcare human resources
- Experience in Labor Relations with Collective Bargaining agreement negotiations preferred
Compensation. $104,208 - $140,691 per year
