Job Description:
We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Lee County, Florida. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patient condition, administer medications, and implement nursing interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, document observations, and communicate effectively with team members and patients' families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Current RN or Technician licensure in the state of Florida (or eligible for licensure).
- Previous experience in the designated specialty area preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of patients and the healthcare environment.
