Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Prepare the operating room by organizing sterile equipment, supplies, and instruments.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, provide appropriate anesthesia support, and administer medications as required.
- Document patient information, surgical procedures, and other relevant data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and their families about the surgical process and post-operative care instructions.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an operating room setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and sterile techniques.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the surgical team, patients, and their families.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
