Seeking Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant with experience in urgent care services. Job Summary
Provide NP/PA services in a high volume, fast paced urgent care setting. Responsible for treating patients who need immediate medical help. Identifies, evaluates and treats all patients presenting to urgent care, prescribes medications, coordinates follow-up care and provides patients discharge instruction. Works collaboratively with patients and other members of the care team to maintain a patient-centered approach to care that supports positive patient experiences while ensuring delivery of evidence-based, quality care.
Required Education and Experience
- As applicable:
- Masters degree in Nursing or Doctorate in Nursing Practice or
- Physician Assistant degree from an accredited PA school.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred.
Minium required Licenses, Certifications and/or Registrations
- Unrestricted license to practice in the State of Washington
- DEA certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
