Overview:




We are searching for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Telehealth team with a focus on Medical-Surgical care.




This position combines the expertise of Medical-Surgical nursing with the technological aspects of providing remote care to patients.




Responsibilities:
  • Conduct remote patient assessments and screenings using telehealth technologies, focusing on Medical-Surgical needs.
  • Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Utilize telecommunication tools to provide education, support, and guidance to patients regarding post-surgical care, chronic illnesses, and medication management.
  • Monitor patient progress, vital signs, and response to treatment remotely, and escalate issues appropriately.




Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida].
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, with exposure to telehealth or remote patient care.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, and care planning abilities.
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn and adapt to various telehealth platforms and technologies.
