Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) – Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Full-Time, Permanent Position
Sign-On Bonus up to $15,000
Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that aligns with the department’s standards and state regulations. Working closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, you’ll provide personalized and compassionate care following the “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage” nursing model.
You’ll serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring an exceptional patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities

Assess patient conditions upon admission and during each scheduled shift; identify and report any changes promptly.

Perform procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions for adverse reactions.

Respond promptly to patient needs, anticipate concerns, and provide proactive, compassionate care.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up instructions using clear, understandable language.
Qualifications

Active RN License – current or eligible for state licensure

Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher

Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (hospital setting preferred; LTACH, Home Health, or Rehab experience considered)

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of start date
