We are hiring experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurses for a full time, permanent hospital position in Alexandria, Louisiana. This opportunity is open to Canadian and Mexican RNs eligible for TN Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult Med-Surg patients
- Perform assessments, medication administration, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Requirements
- Active RN license or eligibility for U.S. licensure
- NCLEX passed
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care Med-Surg experience preferred
- Eligible for TN Visa sponsorship (Canadian or Mexican citizenship)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
