Lead Mammography Technologist
Job Description
A hospital in Humble, TX is seeking a mid-level Lead Mammography Technologist to join its outpatient imaging department. This role carries lead-level responsibility within a mammography program and requires candidates who are fully credentialed and licensed in the state of Texas. The position is on-site at a specific facility location; remote work is not available.
The role. The Lead Mammography Technologist is responsible for performing mammographic imaging studies and providing leadership oversight within the mammography department. In addition to direct patient imaging, the role involves guiding and supporting technologist staff to ensure quality and compliance standards are met. Candidates must be prepared to report in-person to the designated facility; no travel between sites is required.
What we're looking for.
- Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT), required
- Registered Radiologic Technologist credentialed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R), required
- Registered Mammography Technologist credentialed by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-M), required
Compensation. $98,000 - $130,000 per year
