Sign On Bonus $15,000
Relocation: $5K over 250 Miles, $2,500 over 50 Miles
Shift Differentials: Nights $3.42, Weekends $4.90
Shift: Fulltime Nights 7pm-7am Weekend Rotation

Salary: $28.40-42.60hr
As a Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery, your main role involves providing comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns within a healthcare team. This includes assessing patients, creating care plans, and evaluating their progress. Key responsibilities include demonstrating expertise in maternal and newborn care, collaborating with the healthcare team, offering age-appropriate care, participating in Shared Governance, and considering factors like safety and cost in service delivery. Qualifications include a nursing degree, state RN licensure, BLS certification, and a willingness to accept candidates with acute care specialty experience.
