How many positions are open: 14
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4 ratio for PCU, 1:1 or 1:2 for ICU
Credentials required: TX RN

Facility Size: 108 beds
Scrub Color: Navy Blue
Shift: Both AM and PM
Is it a Union Facility: NO
Details of unit (average census, floating requirements, culture of unit, total FTE’s): Combined ICU/PCU 18 bed unit. Floating if and when needed based on competencies. Covid experience a plus
How many years of experience and education is required: 1 year of acute care
Compensation: Salary range, retention bonus, relocation package, shift diff for weekends or nights?
Salary range is $31-$43 based on years of experience, $10,000 sign on bonus for those with at least 1 year of acute care experience, relocation assistance available as well. Shift differential ranges from $2.50/hr up to $6.00/hr.

Just 20 minutes from Downtown Austin and all it has to offer. CPRMC is a 14 year old hospital, modern and updated, clean, pretty campus. Close to both Downtown as well as Hill country.
