Compensation: 32/hour - 47/hour Sign-on: $10,000
ICU RN - nights
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join the night shift team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive critical care to adult patients, manage complex ventilator settings, titrate vasoactive medications, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care during overnight hours. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, strong assessment skills, and high-quality documentation.
Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care in the assigned clinical area during scheduled shifts - Monitor and interpret patient status and clinical parameters - Administer medications as ordered, including titration per protocol - Perform required clinical procedures and document care accurately - Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications: - Active and valid license in state of practice - Minimum relevant clinical experience (varies by role) - Required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS) as applicable - Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
