Salary up to $44.75 per hour (depends on experience)
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
$10,000 for Relocation Expenses

Job Summary and Qualifications

Seeking a Social Worker to provide counseling services to patients and families.

What qualifications you will need:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Social Work
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a medical setting preferred; at least 6 month of directly related experience which may include internship and /or practicum.
Home Health Experience Preferred
