Home based healthcare recruiter. 100% commission only, 1099 role. Established clients. Full time 40 hours per week.

We are seeking a Home-based Health Care Recruiter to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Screen, recruit, and interview potential candidates
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Submit qualified candidates to clients
Prepare candidates for interviews
Accurately maintain employee files
Interface with ATS

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Health Care Recruiting
Previous experience in commission based recruiting
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Strong technology skills
Strong sales skills
