Exciting Opportunity for Emergency Services (ER) Manager!
Night Shift 7pm - 7am

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to step into the role of Manager for our Emergency Department. As the driving force behind our 24-hour operations, you will be instrumental in overseeing, coordinating, and evaluating staff activities with an unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch patient care in line with physicians' instructions and hospital policies.

Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Department Director, Charge Nurse, and cross-functional teams to address concerns from staff, ancillary departments, patients, physicians, and families, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Unified Patient Care: Work hand-in-hand with Directors, Managers, and staff from other nursing units and ancillary departments to ensure a seamless continuum of patient care and proactively tackle any challenges that arise.
Skillful Staff Assignments: Collaborate with the House Supervisor, Department Director, or Charge Nurse to craft patient care assignments that align with nursing skills, acuity, staffing availability, and comply with state licensing laws and hospital policies.
Qualifications:
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
Educational Prowess: Registered Nurse with a BSN, showcasing your commitment to advanced education and excellence in nursing.
Proven Experience: Bring at least 5 years of nursing experience, coupled with a stellar track record of at least 2 years in a leadership role.
