Details of unit (average census, floating requirements, culture of unit, total FTE’s): Level IV trauma center, floating between Main and FSED based on skills and competencies

How many years of experience and education is required: 1 year of acute care

Compensation: Salary range, retention bonus, relocation package, shift diff for weekends or nights?

Salary range is $31-$43 based on years of experience, $10,000 sign on bonus for those with at least 1 year of acute care experience, relocation assistance available as well. Shift differential ranges from $2.50/hr up to $6.00/hr.
