Emergency Room RN

Full Time • Mixed or Night Shifts • Rotating Weekends

Location: Lake City, FL




Sign On Bonus:

• $10,000 Days

• $15,000 Nights




Compensation

• Minimum: $30.60 per hour

• Approximately $38.25 per hour with 10 years experience

• Maximum: $45.90 per hour with 15+ years experience




Shift Differential:

• $4.25 per hour for nights




Relocation Assistance: Available on a case by case basis




Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a collaborative emergency department team in a busy acute care hospital. In this role, you will provide rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment to patients with a wide range of medical emergencies while delivering compassionate, patient centered care.




Key Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients presenting with emergency medical conditions

• Provide timely, high quality nursing care in a fast paced environment

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by providers

• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes promptly

• Document all patient care accurately in the medical record

• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow up care

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes

• Advocate for patient safety and quality care




Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license

• Associate Degree in Nursing required

• Minimum 1 year of acute care ER nursing experience required

• BLS required within 30 days of hire

• ACLS required within 30 days of hire

• PALS required within 30 days of hire
