Job Description
Summary:
Join our team as a Registered Nurse at our (FSED) Free Standing Emergency Department, where you will play a vital role in providing immediate and critical care to patients in need. As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will utilize your expertise to assess, prioritize, and manage patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions and emergencies. Your quick thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively under pressure will be essential in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Triage, assess and treat patients of all ages
· Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation.
· Develop plans that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.
· Manage multiple cases simultaneously providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs continually.
· You will provide follow up care instructions to patients and make necessary referrals.
· You must coordinate functions with physicians and other departments of the hospital, while being patient focused and safety aware at all times.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Recent Acute Care Emergency Room (RN) Experience (Required).
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, multistate or able to obtain licensure prior to start is (Required).
- Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma (Required).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 3-12hour Shifts
(Days/Mids/Nights Available)
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
