Job Description
A hospital in Benton, AR is seeking a senior-level Director of Nursing Surgical Services. This is an on-site, in-person leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing operations within the surgical services division.
The role. The Director of Nursing Surgical Services provides strategic and operational leadership across surgical services departments, which may include Surgery, PACU, Pre-Op, Post-Op, and Gastroenterology. This position is responsible for directing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and supporting the overall performance of the surgical services division.
What we're looking for.
- Current RN license required.
- At least three years of experience in a Director role.
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA) strongly preferred.
- Experience working in PACU, Pre-Op, Post-Op, Gastro, and Surgery preferred.
- Preferred: Experience managing 60 or more FTEs.
Compensation. $100,000 - $150,000 per year
