As Quality Management Director, you will facilitate hospital-wide quality and safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating compliance with core measures
- Preparing and presenting quality reports
- Facilitating risk management activities
- Managing the complaint and grievance process
- Overseeing the occurrence reporting process
- Implementing process improvement strategies
- Supervising the Quality team
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's preferred)
- RN license for North Carolina
- 5+ years experience in quality management, case management, or related roles
- CPPS/CPHQ certification preferred
