Job Overview:

As our Director of Infection Prevention, you'll be the strategic leader protecting patient and staff health through comprehensive infection control initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Lead hospital-wide Infection Prevention Program

• Develop cutting-edge infection control policies

• Conduct advanced infection surveillance and analysis

• Ensure regulatory compliance across all healthcare standards

• Educate and consult with healthcare teams

• Manage potential infection outbreak investigations

Qualifications We're Looking For:

? Education:

- Bachelor's Degree (Health-related field)

- Master's Degree (Preferred)

? Credentials:

- Active Registered Nurse License

- Infection Prevention Certification

- State Nursing Licensure

? Experience:

- 5+ years clinical healthcare experience

- 5+ years Infection Prevention expertise

- 2+ years leadership management

- Proven track record in large acute care settings
