Emergency Department Director

A leading 137-bed acute care hospital located in North Carolina seeks an experienced Emergency Department Director. This role will organize, direct, and supervise all functions of the ED including clinical, procedural, budgetary, quality, and staffing.

The ideal candidate will be a strong nursing leader able to manage a team of professionals in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is required, Master's preferred. Must have an active NC RN license and ACLS/BLS certification.

This hospital is part of a growing regional health system with over 500 employees. It offers a wide range of medical and surgical services and has a vibrant, collegial culture that values work-life balance and professional development.
