A hospital in Southwest Houston, TX is seeking a senior-level Director, HR Business Partner. This is an in-person, on-site role with no remote work option, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

The role. The Director, HR Business Partner provides strategic human resources leadership across areas including talent planning, employee engagement and retention, leadership development, culture transformation, and change management. This individual serves as a trusted partner to business leaders, driving HR strategy and fostering strong client relationships across the organization.

What we're looking for.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in HR business or client management with experience in strategic talent planning, engagement, retention, client relations and business partnership, leadership development, culture transformation, and/or change management
  • Five (5) years of people management experience required
  • Excellent leadership, influence, and negotiation skills

Compensation. $170,000 - $180,000 per year
