Job Description
A hospital in Houston, TX is seeking a Director, Benefits for a senior-level position. This is an in-person role based at a specific location in Houston, with no remote work option. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
The role. The Director, Benefits will oversee benefits operations and lead the design, evaluation, compliance, and implementation of health and welfare, pension, and retirement benefit programs. This individual will apply their healthcare industry expertise to manage complex, multi-plan benefit structures and ensure programs meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
What we're looking for.
- 10 years of experience managing benefits operations and the implementation of benefit programs
- Benefits experience within the healthcare industry
- Experience with plan design, evaluation, compliance, and implementation for health and welfare, pension, 403(b), and 401(k) plans
Compensation. $160,000 - $200,000 per year
