Job Summary:
Calling all skilled Cat Scan Technologists in Denver, Colorado! We're in search of dedicated individuals to join our team and take on the rewarding role of CT Tech. As a crucial member of our medical imaging team, you'll utilize advanced computerized
tomography (CT) scanners to generate detailed cross-section images of patients' internal organs and tissues, aiding in the diagnosis of various medical conditions.
Qualifications:
To excel as a CT Technologist with us, you must possess solid to expert knowledge of all CT procedures. Your role will involve independent communication and execution of CT procedures on a diverse range of customers, spanning from newborns to late adulthood. Using your expertise, you'll operate computed tomography equipment to capture precise images of the human body from different angles.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include accurately interpreting physician's scanning instructions, administering contrast materials, and preparing and operating CT scan equipment. Additionally, you'll play a key role in positioning patients for radiological procedures, adjusting immobilization devices, and ensuring equipment controls are set to the appropriate exposure factors.
Shifts:
We offer flexibility with Full-Time positions available for Day, Evening, and Night shifts. Choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle and join a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Credential and Education Requirements:
Candidates must hold an ARRT(RT)(CT) certification, ensuring compliance with Continuing Education (CE) requirements. A current BLS certification is also a prerequisite. Successful candidates will be graduates of a 24-month AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, certified by ARRT.
Experience:
While 1 year of diagnostic experience is required, preference is given to candidates with CT experience, showcasing their commitment to excellence in medical imaging.
Certifications:
Ensure you hold ARRT CT certification and a BLS certification through AHA or ARC to meet our specific licensure requirements.
