Full-Time CT Technologist Opportunity
ARRT (CT), CRT, and BLS Required
Location-Largo Fla (Hospital Based- TBA)
General Comments
*Must have experience – 1 years exp as a CT tech
*On call- Yes/ must live within 30min of the hospital
*Frequency- Freq would depend on staffing levels
*On call Pay- $3
*Salary- Min 30.34- Max – 42.47
*SIGN ON: $10k
*Relo: case by case (500-2,500 depending on mileage)
Qualifications
- Current ARRT (CT)
- Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of imaging experience, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Customer service abilities, including effective listening skills
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
Our Hospital is currently accepting applications for a Florida-licensed CT Technologist (Cat Scan Tech) with an ARRT (CT) credential on a full-time basis. This CT Tech role requires availability for on-call coverage at all locations.
The Cat Scan Technologist demonstrates concern and empathy while performing procedures carefully with compassion and respect; Prepares and positions patients and equipment in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures; Obtains high-quality CT images; Maintains proactive, effective communication with patient and physicians regarding any and all findings, patient histories and test results as appropriate; And collaborates and confers with all colleagues and members of the healthcare team.
