A hospital in Houston, TX is seeking a mid-level Clinical Manager RN for its Operating Room department. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring dedicated night shift availability.

The role. The Clinical Manager RN will provide leadership and oversight within the Operating Room, supporting daily clinical operations and staff management. This position draws on direct OR management experience to guide surgical teams, uphold standards of care, and coordinate unit-level activities during evening and night shift hours.

What we're looking for.
  • Must have an active RN Texas License, or active multi-state compact RN license, clear of stipulations or disciplinary actions
  • Must have a BSN, BLS, and a minimum of 2 years of OR acute care experience
  • Must have 3 years of current OR management experience (defined as Supervisor, Assistant Clinical Manager, Clinical Manager, or Director)
  • Must have an updated resume — job history dates and units worked in must be accurate
  • Full-time night shift availability required — candidates must be available to work full-time night shifts exclusively; no day shift positions, transfers, promotional opportunities, or part-time roles are currently available; only applicants seeking night shift roles will be considered
  • Preferred: Ability to communicate efficiently

Schedule. Full-time night/evening shift; day shift is not available for this role.

Compensation. $89,000 - $134,000 per year
