JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures. Your time will be spent supporting various specialties and departments. Those with Military experience encouraged to apply.




Employment: Permenant/Direct Hire

Shift/Hours: 1st, 2nd and 3rd

Pay Range: $27 - $36 (+ Shift Diff.)

Bonus: ​Up to 10k (S.O.B.)

Relocation Assistance: Available



Responsibilities:

- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and readily available.

- Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgeries by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures.

- Maintain aseptic techniques throughout surgical procedures to prevent infection.

- Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery and communicate any changes or concerns to the surgical team.

- Collect and analyze data related to surgical outcomes, infection rates, and patient satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.

- Provide post-operative care by dressing wounds, applying bandages, and assisting with patient transfer.




Requirements:
  • Successfully completion of a Surgical Technologist Program - (Required)
  • One to Two years of Acute Care Experience - (Preferred)
  • ​Surgical Technologist Certification (CST) - (Preferred)

Pay: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour
