JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technician to join our team. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures. Your time will be spent supporting various specialties.




Employment: Permenant/Direct Hire

Shift/Hours: Days or Evenings

(3 -12 hour Shifts OR 4 - 10 hour shifts)

Pay Range: $25 - $35

Bonus: ​Up to 15k (S.O.B.)

Relocation Assistance: Available




Responsibilities:

- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and readily available.

- Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgeries by passing instruments, sponges, and sutures.

- Maintain aseptic techniques throughout surgical procedures to prevent infection.

- Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery and communicate any changes or concerns to the surgical team.

- Collect and analyze data related to surgical outcomes, infection rates, and patient satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety.

- Provide post-operative care by dressing wounds, applying bandages, and assisting with patient transfer.




Requirements:
  • ​Surgical Technician Certification (CST) - Required.
  • One to Two years of Acute Care Experience - Prefered.

  • 12 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
