CT Technologists - Various Cities in AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, NC, OR, PA, VA
The hospitals are seeking skilled and experienced CT Technologists to join their team in a full time, permanent position. In this role, you will operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Possess solid to expert knowledge in performing a full range of CT procedures
- Independently perform all CT exams on patients ranging from newborns to late adulthood
- Use CT equipment to capture images of the body from different angles
- Prepare patients for exams by positioning, adjusting immobilization devices, and ensuring proper equipment settings
- Adjust equipment controls to set appropriate exposure factors
Requirements:
- ARRT (RT)(CT) certification required
- 1 year of diagnostic radiology experience required, CT experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Completion of a 24-month AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow physician instructions accurately
The Hospitals offer a VERY competitive salary up to $50/hr (DOE), relocation allowance, up to $20,000 in sign-on bonus, a benefits package, including shift differentials for evenings and nights. Opportunities for continuing education and professional development are also available.
