A CT Technologist opportunity is available at a hospital in Palatka, FL. This weekend day-shift role offers the chance to provide high-quality imaging services in a patient-focused environment.

The role. The CT Technologist verifies physician orders prior to each examination and performs CT scans in accordance with the ordering physician's instructions, accommodating any special directives from the Radiologist. The technologist carries out invasive procedures per established protocol, performs venipuncture according to protocol, and ensures all stat or call-result exams are transmitted to the Radiologist immediately upon completion. Accurate documentation of patient information relevant to each exam is maintained throughout the shift, and the technologist monitors patient comfort while remaining attentive to individual needs and concerns. Supply inventory is assessed at the start and end of each shift, with equipment malfunctions reported to a supervisor without delay.

What we're looking for.
  • One year of CT experience required; acute care experience is not required
  • Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology School
  • Florida State Registered Radiologic Technologist
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) (R) & (CT) registry preferred
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Schedule. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Compensation. $29.56 - $36.95/hr plus $12,500 sign-on bonus
