Your Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with their daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitoring vital signs and promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
Offering emotional support and companionship to residents
Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintaining accurate records of resident care activities
