Job Description
CNA Certified Nursing Assistant
MUST HAVE PA LICENSE
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Day Shift - 7:00am-3:00pm
Evening Shift- 3:00pm-11:00pm
Schedule: Full time 37.5 hrs; Part-time 22-25 hrs; Every other weekend and holiday required.
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma/ GED
Minimum Work Experience
- 2+ years’ experience of nursing assistant experience - preferred
- Knowledge of relevant nursing care
- CNA Ratios
7-3 shift 1:8 / 3-11 shift 1:10 / 11-7 shift 1:18/20 (sleep)
Salary: Salary based on experience:
CNA-SNF
$16-0 years
$16.65 1 – 2 years
$17.15 3 – 4 years
$17.65 5 – 6 years
$18 - 7+ years
Shift Differential in addition to base rate: Evenings 3:00pm - 11:00pm $2.00 per hour; Weekend diff $4.00
**Weekend Bonus Program which also pays a $100 monthly cash bonus for perfect attendance.

- Health Insurance effective 1st of the month following date of hire – 80% paid by employer PPO thru Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Diocese of Allentown Lay Employee Pension Plan after 2 years - Employee contributes 3% and employer contributes 6.25% through 6/30/24
