Job Responsibilities:
● Supervise and mentor RBT s/Therapists to implement treatment plans.
● Conduct client assessments and prepare treatment reports.
● Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
● Conduct quarterly competency assessments for the team.
● Analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
