Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/Therapists to implement treatment plans.
- Conduct client assessments and prepare treatment reports.
- Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Conduct quarterly competency assessments for the team.
- Analyze behavior and skill acquisition data through Central Reach.
Qualifications:
- Must hold BCBA Certification.
- Additional Licensure Required:
- NC, AZ, TN: Must hold LBA (Licensed Behavioral
Analyst)
- GA and IN: Must reside in the state (no additional licensure
required).
Schedule:
- Choose your own hours
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends (optional)
