Assistant Nurse Manager – Neuro ICU (Mids)

Tampa, FL

Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

We’re hiring an Assistant Nurse Manager for a high-acuity Surgical Neuro ICU—perfect for a strong ICU RN who’s been charging, mentoring, or ready for that next move.

$70k-131K

No weekends

High-acuity Neuro ICU environment

Growth-focused leadership role

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting daily ICU operations

• Mentoring and developing staff

• Assisting with staffing & workflow

• Collaborating with physicians and leadership

• Staying hands-on clinically when needed

What we’re looking for:

• ICU or strong acute care RN experience

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS

• Leadership or charge experience preferred

• Someone ready to grow into leadership
